🔍 The Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of ICI construction experience to join the team at their Maple, ON headquarters. This is an on-site role (no hybrid/remote) where you will support Project Managers in coordinating documentation, schedules, and subcontractors on active projects across the GTA.
Key Responsibilities

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Support scheduling in MS Project and communicate updates to PMs and trades.

Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve scope and sequencing issues.

Assist with progress draws, invoicing packages, and cost tracking.

Provide day-to-day project support and mentor junior coordinators.
✅ Candidate Profile
-
3–5+ years as a Project Coordinator in ICI construction.

Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, and COs.

Exposure to scheduling (MS Project) and subcontractor coordination.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, office-first environment; occasional GTA site visits (mileage reimbursed, 407 covered for client visits).

Strong communication skills; thrives in a team with a direct, no-nonsense culture.

This is an in-office position in Maple, ON; candidates must commute daily (no hybrid).

Vacation entitlement begins after 12 months; disclose any pre-booked time before hire.

407 tolls reimbursed for approved client site visits only (not daily commute).
